Keeping a Fitness Institution Relevant in the Face of the Boutique Workout Boom
YMCA of Greater Charlotte
The YMCA of Greater Charlotte engages nearly 300,000 men, women and children regardless of age, income or background at 19 Charlotte area locations and two resident camps, Camp Thunderbird and Camp Harrison. Deeply rooted in the community since 1874, the YMCA has long-standing relationships and physical presence not just to promise, but to deliver lasting personal and social change. Youth development, healthy living and social responsibility are the foundation for change and personal growth in the local communities that we are fortunate to call home.
White has been the media partner for 25+ years, also functioning as an ambassador of sorts to champion the YMCA mission. In addition to providing customized strategic plans each year, White has facilitated media partnerships (outside of paid media buys) to generate awareness and support for key initiatives, programs and events such as: Y Achiever and Level Up youth programs, branch and camp openings, water safety and the annual MLK Breakfast.
